Time, money, equipment, airline miles, hotel rooms, vehicles, merchandise, all help accomplish our goals. Our donors and partners are our number 2 priority (number one should be obvious). ALL donors will be advertised on our website and at our events.
We need volunteers. If you have a specific skill or passion relating to the outdoors, we need you! You do not need to be an outdoor professional to host a veteran on an Alaska adventure. If your area of expertise is Mountaineering, Skiing, Fishing, Wildlife Photography, or anything in between, we want to talk to you. If you have an idea for a great trip for a single Veteran, Veteran's Family, or 100 former troops, please contact us. All new activities provided by volunteers will be escorted by a representative of H.A.V.E.-Alaska to assure a quality experience.
We are also in need of equipment and vehicles for our activities. If you have a Motor-home, RV, ATV, Snowmobile, or Car that could be used temporarily or permanently for these activities, please let us know. Lodging is always needed for travelers from outside Alaska as well as our Rural Veterans. If you are a the owner of a lodge, B&B, Hotel, or willing to host a veteran in your home you could be of great help.
